Did you know that thirst is sometimes mistaken for hunger? Also, sugary drinks are a huge source of empty calories of the worst kind. All the more reason to bring your favorite low calorie drink (water, tea, or coffee) with you. You'll avoid having to turn down the soda or sugary drinks at the vending machine and stay hydrated better. Or, shop for some cool bottles or containers here.
